Learning at Work

Work Based Learning provides a flexible learning experience that is delivered through work, in work, for work .

As every place of work is unique we offer customised learning and development programmes tailored to the needs of different organisations. Individual learning and development  programmes are also flexible and may be undertaken in a style and a pace suited to employee needs and ability.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes
The Centre works with the organisation / individual to identify their required learning needs and assists in the development of the learning & development plan as well as providing a range of customised short courses and /or customised degree programmes  to suit the organisation/individuals learning & development. Typical areas of CPD catered for are Interpersonal and Intrapersonal skills, Management skills, Leadership Skills, Project management and Performance excellence (BPI, Six Sigma, Lean). For further details or to discuss your particular learning and development requirements, email us at info@icwblp.org

Accreditation of Inhouse Courses
The Centre offers a full accreditation service, where all courses, programmes and training developed by organisations in-house or 'bought-in' can be validated and certified at University level.
